Have you ever wanted to learn Japanese, or about Japanese culture? Do you already know Japanese? Come to the Japanese Learning and Culture Club, where we’ll be going over elements of language, culture, and whatever else you’re interested in. Meetings will take place every Thursday at 5 PM in Chandler 102. Members are also encouraged to attend Asian Student Association meetings, as we are now a committee of their club (though this is not mandatory).
Hey! Just so you all know, we now have a Facebook Page… thing [click the words "facebook page"]. All you have to do is click that nifty “like” button and you’ll get automatic updates whenever I actually do update the thing (which’ll be soon once we start doing stuff). And also I just created a new tab called “Japanese Learning Resources” that lists a bunch of websites that will help you on your journey to becoming proficient or fluent (whichever you want) in Japanese. Check it periodically because as we find new websites, books, etc., we’ll be updating the list.
Also, just as a side note, I’m going to be putting my (Katee Spencer’s) blog in the list because I have my own blog that deals with Japanese news and has other resources, blogs, etc. in case you’re interested.
